YOU MAY NOW PLACE AN ORDER FOR YOUR UNIFORMS ONLINE

• Create an account and IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE KIDS IN THE PROGRAM, PLACE AN ORDER FOR ONE CHILD AT A TIME.Indicate size and team name for each child when placing the order.
• Select appropriate category for your player from the links on the left.
• Start placing your order by selecting the first item.
• After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email of the order you just placed.
• Once your order has been received, you will be invoiced through your MySam Account.
• When you receive notification from MySam, make a payment and your order will be processed.
  NOTE: Payments will be invoiced to your MySam account.
• Orders will not be processed or released until when payment has been made.

• All Players: Indicate your current number in the order form. If you want to change your number or you are new to the club, please contact Kelly Wood at kelly@sockersfc.net or 847-788-5327 as soon as possible in order to confirm or change a uniform number.
